Job summary

Teledyne Marine is seeking an assembler to join our Daytona Beach, FL facility. The role focuses on assembling electrical and fiber optic jumper and cable assemblies using mechanical and hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will measure, cut, prepare hoses and cable, pull wires, terminate assemblies, and report labor hours with accuracy. A HS diploma or GED is required; a two-year technical degree is preferred, with prior manufacturing experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• Two year technical degree preferred
• Recent experience in a mechanical, electrical or production trade
• Recent experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and fiber optic jumper and cable assemblies using mechanical and hand tools
• Measure, cut, prepare hoses and cable for termination
• Pull wire and terminate hose/cable assemblies per procedure
• Report labor hours accurately for each order
• Troubleshoot issues with minimal engineering support
• Maintain quality standards and calibration control
• Enter data accurately into systems and maintain safety practices
