Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Production Worker, 2nd Shift in Carroll, IA to learn and perform basic machine operations and setup. You will follow standard work under supervision, and work toward certification within 120 days.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing quality checks with precision gauges, and maintaining data logs. Overtime on Saturdays and occasional Sundays is common; some holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Learn to set up and operate machinery according to standard work
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Follow standard work and pursue certification within 120 days

Responsibilities

• Learn set-up and operation of machinery according to standard work
• Learn machine adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring tools
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and labor transactions
• Support EHS, Quality, CI guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities
• Work extended shifts and occasional weekend/Sun hours
• Some holiday hours may be required
