Qualifications

• Must be a US Person.
• Ability to learn machine setup and operation processes.
• Ability to learn blueprint and specification interpretation.
• Ability to learn product inspection methods using precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow established standard work practices under immediate supervision.
• Ability to obtain certification within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
• Learn how to make machine adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Understand and follow quality testing techniques.
• Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring instruments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.
• Follow EHS, Quality and CI rules and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities.
• Work extended shifts and overtime as required.
• Work holiday hours when required by business needs.
