Job description

We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to work in the machine shop. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience and will work across various production areas including working with composite structures, producing complex assemblies, tape wrapping, and compression molding.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and travelers as scheduled.
• Follow ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
• Understand production processes including tape wrapping, cutting, compression molding, and hand layup of composites.
• Inspect products for defects using precision measuring instruments.
• Mix and measure resins and adhesives.
• Adjust oven temperature controls.
• Review blueprints and instructions for operational procedures.
• Maintain production equipment.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and repetitive movements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks.

Physical and Work Environment

• Constant standing, walking, or sitting for at least 8 hours.
• Physical effort including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Occasional forklift operation.

This position is based in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. No travel is required.
