Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to join our evolving team. Under the Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate activities, delegate work, manage inventory, ensure policy adherence, and train associates to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong team building and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to train other employees.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality and productivity to meet objectives via standardized work.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records and monitor staffing levels.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks.
• Ensure line is running safely and producing quality product.
• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Create a daily scheduling plan with Supervisor based on weekly schedule.
• Coordinate with maintenance/engineering/metrology to keep equipment in good condition.
• Engage in problem solving and troubleshooting with equipment or product performance.
