Job summary

BIC World is hiring for a production associate on the 2nd shift to support the manufacturing line. You will receive direction from the department lead, stage orders, and ensure all required materials are ready for production.

You will help maintain machine speed and coordinate with the maintenance team during tool changes, while supporting a collaborative, safety‑driven work environment. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, strong teamwork, good communication, and a willingness to work OT,

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead a production team and coordinate tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of general safety policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from Department Lead on priorities.
• Stage orders to be ready for review by the team.
• Ensure all materials needed to run the line are available.
• Maintain machine speed and reliability on shift.
• Communicate with Shift Assistant about line setup and tool changes.
• Assist with displays and teamwork to complete tasks.
• Review orders and allocate for next steps or disposal.
• Support maintenance during plug/tool changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as required during a 2nd shift (2:15 pm–10:15 pm).
