Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years leading or supervising others.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in the value stream.
• Manage and deliver and actively participate in Gemba.
• Partner with support departments to update and create standard work when necessary.
• Train operators and ensure they follow detailed WIs, processes, and procedures.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems.
