Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in the value stream.
• Manage and deliver and actively participate in Gemba
• Train operators and ensure they follow work instructions.
• Plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance; resolve issues.
• Maintain 5S and safe working environment.
• Oversee scheduling, production, and inspection per value stream.
• Complete daily metric tracking and production reports.
• Lead daily pre-shift huddles and promote teamwork.
