Job summary

Twin City Fan is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to drive continuous improvement and lead the value stream. You will train operators, enforce standard work, uphold 5S, and coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues and maintain schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–5 years supervisory experience, ISO9001 familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 requirements.
• 2–5 years leading or supervising other personnel.
• Proven ability to lead, direct work, and delegate as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous record-keeping and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in the value stream.
• Manage and deliver and actively participate in Gemba.
• Partner with support departments to update standard work when necessary.
• Train operators and ensure adherence to WIs and procedures.
• Plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance; address issues.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve problems.
• Maintain 5S and a safe, clean work area.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and daily production reporting.
• Support on-time deliveries with internal customers and suppliers.
