Job summary

Siemens is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd-shift team in the Broken Arrow, OK switchgear facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while supporting digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement.

The role requires interpreting engineering drawings and leading the production team to meet schedules. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, strong tool skills, and experience with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in assembly/manufacturing or related field.
• Competence with hand tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic SAP navigation and transactions.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2nd-shift team in switchgear manufacturing to drive safety, quality and productivity.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure proper usage of check lists.
• Drive schedules, assign resources, supervise progress, and resolve line constraints.
• Support digitalization efforts with tools like digital work instructions and operator displays.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement projects and efforts to reduce errors.
• Maintain 5S and organize work areas, and report production results with SAP routing confirmations.
