Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Assembly/Manufacturing.
• Competence with hand tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Outlook/MS Office; basic SAP navigation.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety and lead by example on production lines.
• Drive the team to meet schedules and resolve line constraints.
• Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.
• Operate or assist forklift operations as needed.
• Ensure quality standards and use checklists correctly.
• Implement 5S and keep areas organized.
• Report shift results and production losses in SAP routing.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Support process improvements and digitalization efforts.
