Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Salt Lake City, UT to lead a fast-paced production team, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and safety. The role involves hiring, training and directing entry-level staff while managing inventory and ongoing plant safety.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors preferred), and a valid driver's license, with the ability to meet physical demands and start within two weeks of offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the role, including bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals and start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements while maintaining inventory control.
• Maintain plant safety and enforce safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Train partners on safety policies and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee daily production flow and contribute to bottom-line results.

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.
