Job summary

Hood Packaging Corporation in Arden Hills, MN seeks a 2nd shift Supervisor to manage the Converting Department. Will train on days and eventually transition to 2nd shift 2pm to 10pm. Focus on safety, quality, GMP/SQF compliance and achieving production margins.

Lead and develop shift personnel, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper material usage. Requires 3–5 years printing/related experience and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma/GED.
• Three to five years printing or related experience and/or training.
• On the job training with classroom and seminar instruction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the Converting Department.
• Maintain safety, quality and housekeeping standards and lead audits.
• Train and evaluate shift personnel; reconcile material usage and inventory.
