Job summary

• Knowledge of the flexible packaging process as it relates to printing.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Understands principles and practices of quality management.

Responsibilities

• Safety - interpret safety policy and enforce safety rules; conduct safety audits.
• Quality - monitor quality checks and inform customers of corrective action.
• Lead and train shift staff; ensure plant regulations and GMP compliance.
• Manage waste and productivity; maintain accurate records and reports.
