Bradford White is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for its Middleville, MI location. This role requires overseeing 30-50 UAW hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications
3+ years of Manufacturing Supervisory experience is required.
Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processes is required.
Previous supervisory experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
Experience in high-volume, medium mix assembly is preferred.
Must feel comfortable wearing a respirator in some areas.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead a team to achieve operations, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
Champion the use of continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime and improve quality.
Implement product and engineering changes successfully.
Model and promote adherence to health and safety policies.
Monitor work order progress and drive quality and timeliness.
