Bradford White is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for its Middleville, MI location. This role requires overseeing 30-50 UAW hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include achieving operational goals, implementing safety policies, and maintaining union relations. Candidates should possess over 3 years of supervisory experience, particularly in a union environment, and be familiar with Six Sigma and lean processes. A degree is preferred. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processes is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, medium mix assembly is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable wearing a respirator in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team to achieve operations, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
• Champion the use of continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime and improve quality.
• Implement product and engineering changes successfully.
• Model and promote adherence to health and safety policies.
• Monitor work order progress and drive quality and timeliness.
