Resource Label Group in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to lead the Pamco Label facility operations. You will drive a proactive safety culture, oversee shift activities, and uphold production schedules with quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in a press/printing environment (Mark Andy or Flexo preferred) and strong Lean Six Sigma plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related supervisory experience.
• Five years of Mark Andy or Flexo press experience required.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the 2nd shift operations team and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Inspect plates, web, inks, and materials for conformance to specs.
• Direct setup and adjustments of presses with attention to detail.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and Lean manufacturing procedures.
