Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Manitowoc, WI to lead and coordinate second shift manufacturing operations. You will ensure safe, efficient production, maintain high standards for quality, and drive continuous improvement while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role requires supervising manufacturing employees, managing schedules, and focusing on safety, quality, and cost outcomes. Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, with opportunities for incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, quality systems, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant manufacturing operations by enforcing safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Direct daily production activities to meet schedule, efficiency, and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and cost.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, MDI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing employees and team leaders.
• Manage performance, attendance, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Lead root cause analysis, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational performance.
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, and plant initiatives.
• Communicate operational results, priorities, and expectations to employees and leadership.
