Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs production departments and coordinates office and shop functions.
• Implements efficient production line methods to boost output.
• Trains and develops production employees for growth.
• Orders small perishable tools and coordinates with Engineering for new jobs.
• Prioritizes work schedules and manages service orders and parts.
• Ensures compliance with customer delivery and quality requirements.
• Aligns production with Quality Operating System standards and safety policies.
