Vestis is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Minneapolis, MN to oversee daily production activities and drive safety, efficiency, and profitability. The role directly supervises workers, ensures standards are met, and aligns with plant goals.

The ideal candidate will train staff, monitor processes, and implement improvements while maintaining a positive work culture in a high-volume laundry environment.

Qualifications

• Capability to work safely in a fast-paced, loud production environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Basic math reasoning and numerical accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities for assigned departments and teams.
• Supervise production workers to meet standards and goals while maintaining safety.
• Train new and existing employees on safe and efficient practices.
• Attend departmental and market center meetings and enforce company policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance workflow and efficiency.
