Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a proven supervisor of a production team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent with ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Basic computer operations; Microsoft Office knowledge a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to use handheld measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain punctual attendance.
