Job summary

Clariant Corporation in New Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations on site at the Belen facility. You will coordinate staffing, ensure production plans are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will mentor the production team, collaborate with Quality, ESHA, and Supply Chain, and drive improvements in safety, efficiency, quality and site profitability. A BS in Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing are required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or Controls) or related field.
2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Staff and manage production operations for the 2nd shift; ensure adherence to production plans.
Perform SAP transactions for production reporting and inventory reconciliation.
Execute operations plans to achieve 100% production plan adherence.
Align work assignments with the planning schedule and supervise hourly personnel.
Lead, develop, and motivate the team; execute training and SOPs; support continuous improvement.
