MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Bellefontaine, Ohio. You will oversee an assigned production area, ensure safety compliance, and maximize production to meet KPI goals. Daily you report to a production manager and coach a team on the manufacturing floor.

This hands-on role requires 2–3 years of supervision, ability to manage 20+ personnel, and strong Excel skills. Benefits include medical, 401K, and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of production supervision experience.
• Experience overseeing 20+ people simultaneously.
• Willingness to work off shifts long-term.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team on the floor.
• Plan and execute daily production activities to meet targets.
• Monitor process performance, quality, and bottlenecks.
• Enforce safety, 5S, and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with SCM, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.
• Define and implement training to ensure redundancy.
• Maintain records for time, attendance, and outputs.
