MJ Recruiters, LLC seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift on the Findlay, OH production floor. You will lead a visible team, coach line leaders, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts with training on the day shift, then moves to supervising the 2nd shift, ensuring adherence to schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year managing others in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience overseeing 10–15 people at a time.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2nd shift production to meet schedules and targets.
• Coach line leaders and hourly staff on process improvements and quality.
• Start up meetings, shift changes, and safety emphasis.
• Ensure time sheets and attendance accuracy.
• Partner with Production Manager on daily operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
