Job summary

Moore in Frederick, MD is hiring an Inserting Machine Helper to support the Inserting Machine Operator, maintain smooth production, and ensure timely, accurate output. The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and work in a team. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Pay: $16.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Remove inserted envelopes in batches and place them into trays.
• Verify materials to ensure correct sorting and matching.
• Apply accurate tray tags to completed trays.
• Sleeve trays and prepare them for palletizing.
• Place trays on pallets for distribution.
• Occasionally load mail into bags.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
