Ideal candidate will have the ability to:

• Supervise 8-10 associates
• Perform maintenance repairs on production machines as needed
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work
• Train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate personnel performance
• Interview and recommend applicants for hire, counsel, and discipline as necessary
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly
• Provide on-time delivery for customers
• Assist in improving procedures and processes; implement change management proposals
• Previous Maintenance/Machine experience REQUIRED
• Monitor daily production process and workflow
• Check inventory, highlight, and suggest order quantities of materials to prevent shortages
• Forklift experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• BILINGUAL - English/Spanish

Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-12:00am

Pay: $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience
