Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our Production Team on 2nd shift (M-TH 1:45-11:15 p.m. and F 1:45-5:45 p.m.). You will be responsible for operating production machinery and equipment within the manufacturing area to produce high‑quality custom‑printed packaging for our customers. The ideal candidate strives to be productive, engages in open communication, and enjoys finding solutions through collaboration.

The Production Operator plays a vital role in our company’s ability to exceed expectations and provide a superb customer experience, critical to Sttark's success built on a foundation of customer obsession and innovation. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to solicit and share process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost savings
• Meet objectives and metrics for quality, productivity, and customer experience

• Complete daily and weekly maintenance tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in production/manufacturing

• Experience in print production to include press or converter operation
• Ability to analyze and solve issues

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate production machinery, tools, and equipment
• Ability to safely operate and monitor production machinery within the manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs frequently, occasionally more with assistance
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements as required by production tasks
• Ability to visually inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
