Job summary

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, seeks a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist to join a safety-focused team. This is a hands-on role; you'll lift and stack 40 lb cylinders, work outdoors, and ensure each cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested and inspected for customer safety and satisfaction.

Schedule: 5:00pm-3:30am. Pay progression from Level I to II and Sr; Production Specialist II at $19.50/hr. Job locations include US-TX-Hutchins, US-TX-Dallas, US-TX-Desoto.

Qualifications

• Must have integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Punctual, dependable and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Place cylinders on conveyor belt and sort, remove sleeves, and peel labels.
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Perform paint line operations and load/unload cylinders in tanks and hangers.
• Operate Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper, and Stacker equipment.
• Check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Conduct cylinder refurb operations and stack finished products.
