Job summary

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Specialist in Hutchins, TX. This hands-on role involves lifting 40 lb cylinders, working outdoors, and ensuring safety through cleaning, leak-testing, and inspection of each cylinder.

Strong teamwork and reliability are expected in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule is 5:00pm–3:30am with clear paths for growth from Level I to II and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions including placing cylinders on conveyer belt and sorting.
• Cylinders dispatched to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations including loading cylinders in tank hanger and applying paint bag.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper, and Stacker.
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product and checks quality.
