Job summary

Nico Products in Minneapolis, MN is hiring for a Production Racker on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday with overtime). Starting wage is $24.00 per hour plus DOQ, with an annualized target of about $49,920, and eligible signing bonus of $1,500.

There are opportunities to earn additional overtime, attendance rewards, profit sharing, and more. No metal finishing experience is required; we train the right person.

Qualifications

• Must maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, understand and follow written work instructions.
• Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain high attention to detail and follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack metal parts before and after plating or finishing.
• Read and follow job paperwork and written instructions.
• Select and use proper racks and tooling for each job.
• Handle customer parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or concerns.
• Maintain efficient production pace while protecting quality.
• Keep parts organized and properly identified throughout processing.
• Follow safety, quality and production procedures.
