The Lindgren Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Plater / Line Operator on 2nd shift at Nico Products. You will operate a metal-finishing production line, read work orders, and ensure parts meet customer and quality requirements.

No plating experience required; training provided. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to boost earnings through overtime, attendance rewards, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Operate an assigned metal-finishing production line.
• Read and follow work orders, process sheets, written instructions, and SOPs.
• Verify parts meet customer and quality requirements.
• Monitor tanks, equipment, timing, temperatures, and chemistry.
• Make routine adjustments within established procedures.
• Troubleshoot when something doesn't look right and take action.
• Perform basic calculations and measurements related to plating.
• Inspect parts for quality and potential problems.
• Keep production moving while maintaining safety and quality.
