Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a group to meet production specs, schedules, volume, cost and quality.
• Ensure training, safety, and process documentation compliance.
• Communicate across shifts and with customer and supplier departments.
• Assist management with headcount, overtime planning and continuous improvement.
• First responder to equipment faults, shortages and safety issues.
