Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• 2+ years of experience in a production role in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work 2nd Shift (4:00PM - 12:30AM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Particularly Excel).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and balance supply and demand. Evaluating work center capacity and material supply to develop detailed production plans to achieve a high level of schedule adherence.
• Plan and prioritize operations with production and customer service to fulfill customer requirements on time and ensure maximum performance, considering resources needed and available, to meet our financial goals.
• Drive and coordinate daily production meetings.
• Analyze large amount of data to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Review, update and/or fix SAP material master or configurations.
• Responsible for meeting delivery reliability, schedule adherence and cost saving/productivity initiatives for the site.
