Job summary

MEMBERS ONLY SIGN UP NOW is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate in Cincinnati, OH to support the production line, package products, and move materials. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour. The position runs 4:00PM–2:00AM or 6:00PM–4:00AM, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as needed. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
