Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Associate on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will support the production line by packaging products, moving materials, weighing and labeling finished goods, and assisting with quality and safety checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weekend availability is a plus and Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
