Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Production Worker to operate machinery on a production line, collaborate with teammates, and ensure a safe, high-quality product is produced. You will participate in safety initiatives and contribute ideas to improve operations.

The role requires commitment to quality, the ability to complete training, and willingness to work long hours including overtime. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment for the long-term success of plant operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work quickly with high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Solid work history with good attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; other experience considered.
• Willing to become forklift certified.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line and collaborate with the work team to produce quality products safely.
• Contribute to and support the manufacturing operations environment.
• Actively participate in plant safety processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain commitment to product quality and communicate quality metrics to the team.
• Complete all required training accurately and on time.
• Perform repetitive duties and stand for long periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
