Job summary

Rogers Corporation is hiring a Production Worker to operate machinery on the production line, inspect products for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area. You will collaborate with the team to meet daily output targets and participate in safety initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, comfort with repetitive tasks, and willingness to obtain forklift certification. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift: 1:30pm–10pm, Monday–Friday.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.
• Willing and able to become forklift-certified.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line.
