Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor forming equipment following established work instructions.
• Load raw materials into machines and maintain production flow.
• Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges.
• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns.
• Complete production documentation and scrap reporting.
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support packaging, labeling, and material handling efforts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
