Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an Operator Level I for the 2nd Shift to operate production equipment and manufacture hydraulic hoses. You will run stencil, eject/test, cut/coil, mandrel prep, wire winding, and wrap/unwrap steps to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stencil & Inspect: Operates the stencil machine to put model and lot number on hose and inspect for defects.
• Finishing (Cut/Coil & Eject/Test): Ejects mandrel using water pressure and proof tests hose to spec; cuts and coils for shipping.
• Mandrel Prep (Rubber & Grilon): Prepares rubber/grilon mandrel for shaping during extrusion.
• Wire Winder: Prepares customer-supplied wire on bobbins for braid process.
• Wrap/Unwrap: Wraps/unwraps the extruded hose before curing.
