Job summary

Teknor Apex Company in Henderson, KY is seeking a full-time production associate for our KY TPE Plant. You will maintain clean work areas, follow procedures, record test results, and support line mixers and operators to keep production moving.

The role requires daily attention to safety, accurate documentation, and effective communication with shift leaders. Overtime is mandatory when business needs demand it, including potential shifts beyond the scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area and equipment clean daily.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow test procedures and record results.
• Adhere to safe forklift operation.
• Troubleshoot processing problems and document adjustments.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment.
• Assist line mixer and other operators as needed.
• Other duties as required.
