The role covers blending and machine operation on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a sign-on bonus program and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow documented procedures, maintain clean work areas, and document production data while prioritizing personal safety and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to verify production numbers (item, lot, quantities).
• Maintain clean work environment and document production info accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending/machine operations for plastics used in medical and consumer products.
• Monitor and record production numbers and qualities.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure proper forklift operation.
