Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Verify manufacturing numbers including item, lot numbers and quantities.
• Document production information clearly and legibly.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Work well alone and with others.
• Monitor personal safety and team safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and extrusion processes to manufacture plastic materials.
• Support shift-based production in a 2nd/3rd shift schedule.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
