Job summary

Quanex in Cambridge, OH is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd Shift, offering an hourly rate of $18 plus a $1 shift differential. Join our team focused on producing quality products while minimizing scrap and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. on an infrequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and complete changeovers timely.
• Produce and use Material Identification labels.
• Identify quality material prior to packaging.
• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain the work area in compliance with 5S Standards.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
