Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Production Operator in Croydon, PA to join a plastic compounding facility. The role involves operating extrusion equipment (training provided), weighing and staging raw materials, loading materials into hoppers and mixers, and performing in-process quality checks.

The position is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with about 40 hours per week. A high school diploma is required, and the candidate must be able to perform physically demanding work,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have previous manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion compounding machinery (will be trained).
• Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials (plastic pellets, powders, additives, and color concentrates).
• Load raw materials into hoppers, mixers, blenders, and extrusion equipment.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections.
