Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a reliable 3rd shift Production Operator in Croydon, PA for a contract-to-hire arrangement. The role involves operating extrusion equipment in a plastic compounding facility serving automotive components and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and prior manufacturing experience.

The position offers a full-time shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 40 expected hours per week. Training will be provided for machinery operation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have previous manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion/compounding machinery (will be trained).
• Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials (plastic pellets, powders, additives, color concentrates).
• Load raw materials into hoppers, mixers, blenders, and extrusion equipment.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections.
