Solventum is seeking Production Operator candidates to join our team in Meriden, CT!

• Pay: $21.67/hour + 5% Shift Differential ($1.40/hour pay increase after 12 months)
• Shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Friday; 3pm - 11pm)

About Solventum

We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approvals, and country-specific requirements. The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse, innovative teams and make a real impact by:

• Operating cartridge equipment for pleating, trimming, sealing, sub-assembling, capping, testing, drying, and packaging cartridges.
• Performing various production operations safely, including operating multiple machines and filling in on different manufacturing positions as needed.
• Following all safety rules and keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Assisting with changeovers and setup on production lines and equipment.
• Supporting team members to ensure safety and maximize output, including training new employees.
• Conducting quality checks and collaborating to resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

Additional helpful qualifications:

• At least 1 year of plant, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday; 3pm - 11pm).
• Availability for weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and 70 pounds with assistance.
• Post-high school education, basic computer skills, good communication skills.
