Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Operator

Reporting To:

Manager, Production

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Blacksburg, VA

Minimum Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED preferred; otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply work instructions and training.
• Quality-conscious, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity.

Responsibilities:

• Complete basic assembly operations using manufacturing documentation.
• Store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals.
• Perform electrical testing using automated test equipment.
• Solder, read blueprints, and use microscopes.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly for each part.
• Perform minor rework following Standard Rework Procedures, Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework router.

Salary Range:

Blacksburg, VA: $15.89 - $20.00 hourly
