Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional manufacturing operations across production, maintenance, quality, procurement, and tooling functions.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and EHS standards.
• Optimize production processes, equipment utilization, and inventory management to meet customer specifications and operational goals.
• Maintain facility and equipment reliability while ensuring accurate production reporting and SAP data integrity.
• Lead and communicate company objectives to manufacturing teams, fostering employee engagement and operational performance.
