Pilgrim in Mason, OH is seeking an hourly Machine Operator GL3 for 2nd shift. This role performs setup, pre/post-operational tasks, and operating production lines to meet product specifications.

Candidates should have basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to modify program settings as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency; inspecting outputs, loading/unloading materials, and addressing issues promptly.

Qualificações

• Must be proficient in General Production 2.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2+ years’ production industry experience preferred.
• Must understand and comply with company, plant, and safety rules/policies.
• Basic understanding of production and procedures.
• Ability to use knives, saws, and a variety of machinery.
• Ability to lift, load, cut and package product.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work area for pre- and post-operational activities.
• Load, unload, and transfer product to and from equipment.
• Monitor production lines and identify issues; replenish packaging materials as necessary.
• Sort, weigh, wrap, label, verify or measure product to meet specifications.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.
• Arrive prepared to perform tasks at scheduled times and complete them.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Set up and tear down equipment; select pre-determined settings.
• Operate pallet jack, riders, or forklift safely.
• Modify and create program settings to meet production standards.
• Provide machine adjustments and troubleshooting when required.
