Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Production Line Worker for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) at our South Windsor site. Join a team that processes materials across diverse industries and emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line (standing for extended periods).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear all required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
