Job summary

Sibelco Group in South Windsor is seeking a dependable Production Line Worker for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10:30pm). You will operate on a production line, perform routine checks on optical sorters, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, good communication, and the ability to adapt to new tasks while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line (standing for extended periods).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
